Job Title: Group Leader

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of technical professionals in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical professionals in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to WoW and processes.
  • Attract, lead, coach, appraise, and develop individual team members.
  • Build and coach multidisciplinary high-performing teams.
  • Manage the culture within the team, according to ASML values.
  • End-to-end ownership of function team deliverables.
  • TMF team operations and process compliance.
  • Sub-technical competence leadership.
  • Handshake with internal stakeholders.
  • Representing TMF and maintaining network and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading a group of technical professionals as a Team Lead, Project Manager, or Group/Line Manager.
  • Proven ability to work in an international multicultural setting and be a team player.
  • Experience with embedding an agile way of working in complex organizations.
  • Applied technical knowledge related to ASML technology and preferably knowledge on testing in a R&D environment.
  • Preferably worked with and knowledge of ASML products and Functional Clusters (FCs).
