About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Data Sourcing to join our Finance & Risk Data Domain team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding data and its flow through our systems, analyzing data needs for regulatory reporting, modeling, and internal management information, and working with different data models to link them together for sourcing purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data needs for regulatory reporting, modeling, and internal management information
  • Work with different data models to link them together for sourcing purposes
  • Be the linking pin between data users and data owners to connect data needs to data sources
  • Work on the transition from current sourcing methods to implement sourcing according to the Federated Data Governance Model
Requirements
  • Higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (WO/Msc.)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a data domain, preferably in Finance Reporting or Risk Management
  • Knowledge of Data Management, including sourcing, transformation, and data lineage
  • Knowledge of Process management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to give and ask for feedback
  • Experience working in Scrum/DevOps teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
