Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of our BI stack, including data transformations, metrics calculations, and dashboards.
- Handle various data-related ad-hoc requests and design scalable data solutions to address these issues in the long term.
- Embed analytics into day-to-day operations by supporting and translating business inquiries into analytical reports.
- Document and effectively communicate your insights, plans, and knowledge to cross-functional team members and management.
- Promote data literacy across non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
- Data and business-savviness equivalent to - years of experience with a relevant degree.
- Good analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling: SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.
- Excellent communication skills (in English) and demonstrated ability to make complex matters simple without over-simplifying and to present them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
