Introduction

ASML is a global leader in the development of lithography machines for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking an Event Management Intern to join our team in the Netherlands.

Job Summary

The Event Management Intern will assist the Event Management Team in planning and executing various events, including conferences, workshops, and product launches. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain event schedules and timelines
  • Assist in the creation of event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Management Team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
