Introduction

Are you a student in Human Resources Management or a related field looking to gain real-world experience? ASML is offering an internship opportunity in our HR team, where you will have the chance to work alongside skilled professionals and contribute to the development and implementation of HR activities.

Background Information

The HR team at ASML is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR activities, including Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning, and Information and Process Control. As an intern, you will be part of this team and support the QBP cluster within D&E, which entails approximately 350 employees.

Your Assignment

You will be a member of our HR team of Performance & Integration, operating in one of the most dynamic parts of ASML. Your tasks will include:

  • Development & learning;
  • Compensation & benefits;
  • Organizational development & performance;
  • Well-being, diversity & inclusion.

You will also have the opportunity to be a first point of contact for employees and assist them under the supervision of your mentor.

Your Profile

To be a match for this internship, you:

  • Are a student in Human Resources Management or a related field;
  • Are a team player and a self-starter, driven and enthusiastic;
  • Have an open communication style;
  • Are proficient in English, both written and verbally.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship, for 3-5 days a week (2 days on-site) with a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
