Vistaprint is a dynamic and rapidly evolving international organization that utilizes the latest machines and technologies to drive growth. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of production processes and end products meets the required standards.
Salary & Benefits
We offer an attractive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and documenting customer complaints and internal quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Initiating projects to improve the customer complaint rate and implementing corrective actions;
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to define parameters critical to product quality;
- Guiding new products and processes through control systems to ensure smooth launches;
- Working closely with customer service to gain insights into customer needs and preferences;
- Providing training on quality standards to the Quality Support Team;
- Collaborating with Operations Managers and team members to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering;
- Relevant experience in quality engineering and knowledge of Lean principles;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others and translate views into actions;
- Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
- No problems with occasional travel.
