About the Role
As a Senior Agile Facilitator at Thales, you will play a key role in driving the development of cutting-edge combat and information management systems for naval vessels. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Large-Scale Agile frameworks, you will thrive in our multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless integration with sensor and weapon systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to promote continuous improvement and team productivity.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for processes, decisions, and project progress.
- Coach and develop teams and product owners in self-organization.
- Vigilantly safeguard the Sprint Backlog, ensuring only prioritized work items are included and the team can deliver committed work without scope creep.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for Agile, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to communicate fluently in English to all stakeholders. You hold a bachelor or master degree in computer science, IT service management, or comparable. If you have a drive for results, a focus on the human side, and a track record of strengthening responsibility and involvement within teams, you are the ideal candidate for this role.
