About this role

JTI is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead our On-Site IT I&O team in France and BeNeLux. As a key member of the Global On-Site I&O organization, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of all required global and local infrastructure systems, providing end-user computing services in incumbents' cluster locations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Cluster/Entity IT Leads to understand technical requirements of clusters' business plans and priorities
  • Liaise with Cluster/Entity IT Leads, Corporate IT pillars, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical platforms/solutions required/scheduled for locations
  • Act as single point of escalation for management of IT technical-related issues and/or topics within On-Site I&O Cluster
  • Ensure technical solutions meet requirements of business and IT, are cost-effective, in alignment with IT strategy and technology stack, implemented following Operating Guidelines and JTI P&P

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background
  • 7-10+ years of IT management experience, including people management, with more than 10 years of overall experience in IT discipline
  • Preferred background employment experience in multinational companies, with good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry
  • Advanced English and Dutch language skills
  • Highly effective in geographically distributed global environment
  • Culturally aware and able to prioritize specific areas within region
