JTI, Japan Tobacco International, is a leading player in the tobacco industry with operations in over 130 countries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure and end-user computing services for our business operations in the region.
This includes collaborating with Market IT Leads to identify technical requirements, advising on IT infrastructure and operations, and ensuring alignment with corporate IT strategy.
The role also involves managing external vendors, ensuring compliance with IT security policies, and optimizing costs and resource efficiencies.
As a senior point of escalation, the candidate will need to have strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
In addition, they should have a proven track record of managing projects, excellent project management skills, and a strong financial and budgetary understanding.
The estimated salary for this position is €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 7-10 years of IT management experience, including people management.
They should also have advanced knowledge of IT technology, infrastructure, and business applications, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft solutions, local and wide area networks, telecommunications, ERP, CRM, and business process analysis.
