About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team at Bloom & Wild. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily fulfilment operation at our Amstelveen location, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the fulfilment team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, from receiving and processing orders to packing and shipping products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock management and procurement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team or shift.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in WMS/ERP software and other relevant systems.
