We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure Delivery division.

Job Description

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of IT infrastructure projects and changes that support the company's IT strategy and realize business benefits. You will manage the activities of project teams, including internal central and local teams and supporting partners, to deliver project objectives within agreed timelines, budget, scope, and quality targets.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from IT infrastructure design and deployment to migration, functional & technical design and development, configuration, testing & release activities.

About the Role
  • Manage and lead project teams effectively to deliver projects, ensuring they are fully resourced, adhere to quality gate and other governance processes, focused on desired outcomes, and solutions are transitioned into business as usual operations.
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of proposed solutions with Infrastructure Enterprise and Domain Architects and Infrastructure Solution Consultants, to ensure secure and resilient IT solutions that meet business requirements and are in alignment with Enterprise Architecture direction and standards.
  • Discuss IT infrastructure initiatives with IT teams within EMEA, Business Teams, and Suppliers and Partners, to ensure understanding and agreement from an IT and Business technical perspective considering any country or business unit specific objectives, constraints, and policies.
  • Ensure detailed project plans are created within MS Project and kept up-to-date with activities, timelines, and resources for projects. Ensure project status updates and reports are kept up-to-date in agreed systems and dashboards, and all project documentation is stored correctly in Microsoft Teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • University degree
  • Project management experience with infrastructure technologies utilizing cross-functional teams
  • Ideal experience with IT infrastructure design and deployment projects, and understand migration, functional & technical design and development, configuration, testing & release activities
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and processes such as Prince2
  • Solid knowledge of Life Cycle and Service Level Management, IT methodologies such as ITIL
  • Broad technical experience with and understanding of information technology at a level needed to interface between different internal and external technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of importance of information security to infrastructure design and implementation
  • Demonstrated experience working in a European IT organization with virtual and co-located project teams
  • Experience with teams coming from different countries and cultural backgrounds
  • Possibly hands-on IT infrastructure implementation experience with one of: On-premise or Cloud hosting; Office365 migrations; Networking; Security or EUC solutions
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. Other European languages are also welcome
