Job Description

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager at Canon, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of IT infrastructure projects and changes that support our IT strategy and business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.

You will work closely with our Enterprise Operations and Infrastructure Delivery division to plan, coordinate, and deliver secure and resilient IT solutions that meet business requirements and align with our Enterprise Architecture direction and standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT infrastructure projects, excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and processes, and strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, security, and EUC solutions.

You will need to communicate effectively, drive results, negotiate and influence, plan and organize, and take ownership and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and processes, such as Prince2 and ITIL
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, security, and EUC solutions
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with other European languages a plus
