About the Role

As the Product Owner Network Foundation Enablement, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and running the Network Operations Center (NOC) services. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive the NOC function forward and align it with ABN AMRO's strategic objectives.

About the Job

The Network Foundation Enablement team will develop, maintain, and run the NOC services, focusing on end-to-end connectivity services. You will work closely with the IT Lead to set directions and priorities for the NOC functions and the Network Foundation team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the NOC services, ensuring they are available 24/7 and meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with the IT Lead to set directions and priorities for the NOC functions and the Network Foundation team.
  • Collaborate with other IT Infra departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of NOC functions and tools.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile, Kanban, and project methodologies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Network Management technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in IT and network operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business results. You should have a strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, and project methodologies, as well as experience working with Network Management technologies.
