We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist - Business Transformation to join our team at HZPC.

About the Role

This is a full-time employment with a maximum of 40 hours per week. We work location-flexible and effectively use modern collaboration tools.

Your Impact

You will be instrumental in engaging our employees on this transformative journey, developing communication strategies that support our business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to drive change and performance;
  • Create engaging content using multiple media and channels;
  • Identify opportunities for employee engagement and involvement;
  • Collaborate with external advisors on internal communications;
  • Establish two-way communication by sharing personal stories and team experiences;
  • Oversee the entire communication process, from strategy to implementation;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in communications with a focus on change and performance;
  • Experience working across functional and country boundaries;
  • Expertise in translating complicated themes and change topics into clear messages;
  • Strong content creation skills and a creative writing style;
  • A deep understanding of sociopsychological aspects of people-oriented change;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
