Royal HZPC Group is continuously developing. Currently we are working on our business transformation program called Aurora with the goal to improve processes, implement a new ERP system and optimize our ways of working. Also for the controlling department this is very important We want to have clear and accurate information on what is happening in the different subsidiaries as well on Group level.

As Financial Controller you are responsible for the analysis and processing of financial data within your specific Strategic Business Areas (SBA’s). In this case this means you are responsible for the financial control activities of HZPC Holland the largest operating company in the Royal HZPC Group. The challenge is to provide the Business Controllers and business leaders with clear, correct and timely management information so proper decisions can be made. These reports can contain financial and non-financial information and have room for improvement. This is where we can use your expertise.

Specifically, you have the following main tasks: Responsible for on time delivery of the financial reports of HZPC Holland towards the HZPC group reporting; Analyzing and reporting financial results of HZPC Holland . For example, monthly cost reports; Prepare the calculations regarding to the payment towards growers and align this with various internal stakeholders; Participating in the financial year-end close; Preparing and analyzing the department and organization budgets together with the budget holders; Participating in various Finance projects. In addition, you have/are: Minimum of bachelor (HBO) working proficiency in a field related to Finance & Control; Minimum 5 years of work experience in a financial control role; Preferably experience with Oracle Netsuite as ERP system; Experienced in working with Excel; Analytically strong and detail-oriented; Proactive in obtaining the necessary information.
