Job Title: Make-up Artist

The Too Faced Beauty advisor is responsible for achieving retail sales targets through events and artistry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and KPI's by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
  • Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empowering them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments.
  • Participate in all major event set-ups and executions.
  • Send KPI's on a weekly basis to the Too Faced manager.
  • Monitor level of cleanliness, counter stock, and display units.
  • Ensure fixtures & testers units are clean & visually appealing.
  • Communicate any location changes immediately to management.
  • Monitor tester replenishment.
  • Communicate with the manager at least once weekly with a status 30/60 min call/email.
  • Send personal weekly sales once a week to the manager to review and add additional strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Alert management of all out of stocks as they occur.
  • Inform the store team of all seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.
  • Cooperate with monthly reporting/action plans/key information on goals to the manager.
Qualifications:
  • Sales/results-driven and confident with handling figures.
  • Professional knowledge of Douglas structure, make up business, and KPI's for their market.
  • English and Dutch skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills desired.
  • Excellent flexibility/adaptability.
  • Passion for the beauty industry is a must (2-3 years of experience preferred).
  • Make up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.
