Service Technician

You will be responsible for carrying out field service activities for our customers and providing back-office support at our office locations. This role requires a balance between 50% field work and 50% office work.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to customers and Service Partners who use our frequency converters.
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers and Service Partners for service-related questions or problems.
• Handling and supporting service cases, which can be local or global.
• Providing on-site support for customers for complex service cases and special applications, including commissioning or repairs of frequency converters.
• Processing service orders and providing structured information to our service administration.
• Preparing service-related quotations.
• Collaborating with the service, engineering, and sales teams in the Benelux region and with colleagues in different countries and regions.

After completing your MBO education as an electrical engineer (level 4) and gaining experience with commissioning and repair work on frequency converters or similar products, you will be well-suited for this role.

Important aspects for this position include:

• Knowledge of drive technology and electrical engineering.
• Experience working with Sales Force would be a plus.
• Outstanding customer and service focus in your everyday work.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with customers and Service Partners.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
