Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Strategy Consultant to join our team at Metyis. As a key member of our project teams, you will play a vital role in driving business change and delivering impactful results for our clients.



About the Role

  • You will interact with C-level executives at our clients on a regular basis to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Contribute to creating innovative business solutions via data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within our clients' organizations and develop tailored strategies to address these challenges.
  • Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team that values entrepreneurship, creativity, and collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in our project teams, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and research to gather insights and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and present reports, workshops, and presentations to stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Exceptional graduates with a strong academic record and a background in finance, technology, or quantitative studies.
  • A minimum of 0-2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent social and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Data management skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is required.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
