Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including managing front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the Duty Manager to ensure seamless hotel operations, including managing room assignments, guest requests, and staff schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hotel operations.
