Job Title: Senior Policy Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Officer to join our Digital Policy, Control & Resilience department at Robeco. As a seasoned governance specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our digital policy framework and enhancing the level of internal control within the organization.

About the Role

The Senior Policy Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and controls for optimal use of data and technology, taking into account the Robeco (Digital) strategy, emerging digital technologies, and relevant regulations. You will work closely with other functions, including IT, Risk Management, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and controls for data and technology use
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, emerging digital technologies, and regulations
  • Collaborate with IT, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of policies
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on policy and control matters
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify measures to mitigate risks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, auditing, or related field
  • 10 years of working experience, with 5 years in governance and control
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, methodologies, and good practices
  • Knowledge of IT and/or operational audit and assurance
  • Experience in regulatory environment, such as financial services
  • Proficient in Dutch and English languages
