Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Officer to join our Digital Policy, Control & Resilience department at Robeco. As a seasoned governance specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and controls to ensure the optimal use of data and technology within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance frameworks, methodologies, and good practices, as well as experience in IT and/or operational audit and assurance. You will be responsible for analyzing the impact of new developments and digital technologies on our processes, identifying risks, and proposing measures to mitigate them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and controls to ensure the optimal use of data and technology
  • Analyzing the impact of new developments and digital technologies on our processes
  • Identifying risks and proposing measures to mitigate them
  • Implementing policy and control programs, creating awareness, educating staff, supporting implementation, monitoring, and reporting adherence to policies

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, auditing, or a related field, and at least 10 years of working experience, with 5 years in governance and control. You will be proficient in the Dutch and English languages, and have strong analytical and writing skills, as well as the ability to influence without having control.
