Production Team Lead

Are you a seasoned leader looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team at Vestiging Venray Standaard.
Job Summary
The Production Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 12-20 operators in achieving high quality and quantity on a daily basis. This will involve close cooperation on the shop floor and making optimal use of technical possibilities of the machinery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing and leading a team, preferably in a production environment. They will be familiar with GMP and ISO 13485 and have an affinity with technology and a willingness to learn more about advanced machinery.
The Production Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Talent development through organizing training courses
- Stimulating improvement proposals
- Ensuring adherence to set norms and standards according to ISO 13485 and GMP
- Monitoring the technical condition of the production equipment
- Contributing actively to process improvement
- Motivating and coaching the team
We offer a challenging job in a beautiful international and innovative company, with a salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month based on knowledge and experience. Additionally, you can expect an incentive bonus scheme, interesting job for 36 hours in 2 shifts, 24.3 vacation days based on 36 hours, and benefits such as fresh fruit at work and a bicycle or fitness subscription.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading a team
- Familiarity with GMP and ISO 13485
- An affinity with technology and a willingness to learn more about advanced machinery
- The ability to set priorities and maintain a helicopter view
- Accuracy and a great sense of quality
- A keen eye for talent development among employees
- Fluency in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Speaking the Dutch language is a plus
