Your mission will be to achieve this through close cooperation on the shop floor and by making optimal use of the technical possibilities of the machinery. Your work will consist of:
- Talent development; you will realize this by organizing training courses
- Stimulation of improvement proposals
- Adherence to set norms and standards according to ISO 13485 and GMP
- Ensuring continuous high quality and identifying when products do not meet set requirements
- Monitoring the technical condition of the production equipment
- Contributes actively to process improvement
- Motivating and coaching the team
You will be responsible for an enthusiastic team ranging from 12 to 20 operators. Your joint mission is to achieve high quality and quantity on a daily basis. You achieve this through close cooperation on the shop floor and by making optimal use of the technical possibilities of the machinery.
As a Team Leader Production, you will be responsible for:
- Talent development; you will realize this by organizing training courses

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading a team; preferably in a production environment
- Familiarity with GMP and ISO 13485
- An affinity with technology and a willingness to learn more about advanced machinery
- The ability to set priorities and maintain a helicopter view
- A keen eye for talent development among employees
- Fluency in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Speaking the Dutch language is a plus

- A salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month based on knowledge and experience
- An incentive bonus scheme
- Interesting job for 36 hours in 2 shifts; once every 2 weeks you are off on Friday
