Job Description
As a Production Team Manager, you are responsible for a motivated team of 12-20 operators. Your mission is to ensure that all products meet set requirements and are produced efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Talent development through organizing training courses and workshops
- Stimulating improvement proposals from team members
- Ensuring adherence to set norms and standards according to ISO 13485 and GMP
- Monitoring the technical condition of production equipment
- Contributing actively to process improvement initiatives
- Motivating and coaching the team to achieve their best performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and leading a team, preferably in a production environment
- Familiarity with GMP and ISO 13485 regulations
- An affinity with technology and a willingness to learn about advanced machinery
- The ability to set priorities and maintain a helicopter view of the production process
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of quality
- A keen eye for talent development among employees
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Benefits and Salary
This challenging role offers a competitive salary between €42,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
