Lead a Dynamic Production Team in a Thriving International Environment
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Manager to join our team at SD Worx Jobs Venray. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality and efficiency in our state-of-the-art production facility.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and leading production teams, preferably in a similar industry. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality products, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 12-20 operators, providing guidance and support to achieve quality and quantity targets.
- Talent Development: Identify and develop the skills of your team members, organizing training courses and workshops to enhance their performance.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, optimizing production workflows and reducing waste.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and GMP standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Machinery Maintenance: Monitor the technical condition of production equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading production teams, preferably in a production environment.
- Skillset: Familiarity with GMP and ISO 13485 standards, ability to prioritize tasks, maintain a helicopter view, and work accurately with a strong sense of quality.
- Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written), Dutch language is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €3,500 - €5,000 gross per month, based on knowledge and experience.
- Incentive Bonus Scheme: Competitive bonus scheme to recognize individual and team achievements.
- Jobs and Working Hours: Full-time position (36 hours/week) with a dynamic schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.
- Vacation Days: 24.3 vacation days based on 36 hours.
