Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Service Delivery Manager to join our team at NCC Group. As a Junior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for owning and developing strong and professional relationships with our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Engage, support, and build relationships with a select range of customers and future customers;
- Host and coordinate various formal and ad hoc customer engagement events, such as service meetings, service-related questions, and escalations;
- Work closely with the account management team to build and maintain each customer relationship;
- Ensure the delivered services are aligned to the contracted SLAs at all times;
- Analyze service usage and perceived service value throughout the contract period;
- Coordinate output of certain specific and ad hoc service deliverables, such as service meetings, reports, and ad hoc engagements, provided to our customer base and monitor and record customer feedback;
- Be responsible for collaborating and aligning with other internal stakeholders, ensuring that your customer portfolio is supported and represented accordingly;
- Assist with recording and updating internal records and systems specific to customer engagement.
