Key Responsibilities:Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Language: Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Personality: A proactive and flexible attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
