Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the completion and turnover database to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all necessary documentation and quality records are collected and indexed in a timely manner.
- Oversee the delivery of the completions process, ensuring that all project objectives and goals are met in a safe and structured manner.
- Identify and address any deficiencies in documentation and quality practices, working closely with the QC Manager and Turnover Coordinator.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and manage punchlist items to ensure timely completion and handover.
- Review and clarify engineering input data, generating discrepancy reports as needed.
- Provide technical support and direction to system users, ensuring the integrity of the system and database.
- Import and export data for discrepancy evaluation and follow-up on resolutions.
- Ensure the smooth uploading and validation of quality pack completion and punchlist items via the Completion and Turnover Management System.
- Monitor quality pack completion to ensure prompt system handover and highlight areas of concern to assist in reaching project milestones.
- Prepare weekly status reports for input to planning systems and project management.
- Use established tracking and distribution systems to control mechanical completion, certification, and punchlisting activities.
- Assist in the coordination of planning activities for mechanical completion and commissioning.
- Proactively engage with completion and handover activities to ensure project objectives are met.
- Familiarity with completion and turnover management processes.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel formulae, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting.
- Solid background experience in implementing databases for the construction sector, with at least 3 years of experience in GoCompletions or equivalent.
