Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Otys. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with U.S. export regulations.

• Gathering and Verifying Customer Information: You will be responsible for gathering detailed customer information and documentation when procedures or screenings require it, primarily for customers in high-risk countries.
• Liaising with Stakeholders: You will act as a liaison between our Sales and Sales Administration teams and distributors, customers, and end-users to obtain the necessary information.
• Providing Comprehensive Reports: You will provide high-quality customer reports to our U.S. legal team for export approval.
• Ensuring Smooth Approval Processes: You will utilize your analytical skills to ensure smooth and swift approval processes.

• Education and Experience: You have completed a bachelor's degree or have reached an equivalent level through work experience.
• Regulatory Knowledge: You are familiar with adhering to complex U.S. export regulations.
• Language Skills: Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Competitive Salary: A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your age and work experience.

This position is offered on a secondment basis. You will start with a 7-month contract.
