Key Responsibilities:
- Develop demand forecasts for our products and live services across various platforms and regions, ensuring effective lifecycle management.
- Establish and align key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and monitor the performance of live services.
- Build strong relationships with teams to enhance business strategies and evaluate execution quality through performance tracking.
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively, recommending corrective actions to create actionable plans.
- Conduct scenario modeling to assess demand impacts based on go-to-market strategies, pricing, editions, marketing, and market trends.
- Articulate key assumptions based on gameplay, genre, and live service models, comparing them to market trends and competition.
- Support studio and product leads with data and analytics to ensure successful live service planning.
- Share valuable insights and accurate reporting with relevant partners to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure the effective use of tools, technologies, and processes to maintain a reliable flow of information.
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in demand planning, data analytics, or a related field within a multinational context, supporting products and services across various geographies and business models.
- Proven experience in the gaming industry with a strong understanding of premium, free-to-play, and games-as-a-service business models.
- A passion for gaming, combined with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence software.
- Ability to identify and articulate insights on genres, gameplay, and market opportunities, providing clear recommendations based on diverse data points.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as the primary working language.
- A strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to manage work under tight deadlines across different time zones.
- Capability to prioritize effectively, take initiative, and challenge the status quo to achieve better outcomes.
