Your Key Responsibilities- Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer relationships.
- Defining and implementing project plans focused on key products, processes, and innovation.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of market requirements and competitive business strategies.
- Leading contract negotiations with customers and ensuring timely complaint settlement and payment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Master's university degree or equivalent level based on work experience.
- Experience in Business Development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong international commercial experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience in the Oils & Fats industry, adding depth and specialized knowledge to our team.
- Background in working with enzymes, enhancing our technical capabilities and innovation.
