We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Ambitious Group. As a key member of our Rotterdam office, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing and mentoring our team, and enhancing our culture and standards.

As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Expanding sales and driving revenue growth;
- Developing and mentoring our existing team members;
- Recruiting and training new consultants to join our team;
- Enhancing our culture and standards to ensure a positive and productive work environment;
- Collaborating with our Group Director to achieve our goals and ambitions.
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English;
- Experience in recruitment (360) and placement (preferably in contracting);
- Leadership/coaching experience in sales recruitment (at least 1 year);
- Passion for growth and improvement;
- Living in the Rotterdam area (or willing to relocate).
