MBA Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager to join our team at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent for our full-time MBA degree programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual recruitment and admissions plans to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates
- Manage and execute all activities related to recruiting and admissions for the full-time MBA programme, including maintaining a steady flow of high-quality leads globally
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current students, as well as alumni, to provide them with the information they need to choose RSM
- Act as a trusted counsellor for prospective students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment and admissions process
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Marketing colleagues and Programme Managers, to ensure a seamless recruitment and admissions process
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum five years of work experience, preferably in a sales, business development, or recruitment position, with at least two years of proven experience in senior stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect and build relationships of trust with professionals of different cultures and backgrounds
- Hands-on, flexible, and adaptive attitude, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Experience in the higher education field is a plus
- A competitive salary between 4,354 - 4,760 gross per month on a full-time basis (excl. holiday allowance)
- 25 holidays and 12 ADV days
- Annual 8% holiday allowance
- Variable end-of-year performance bonus

- Travel cost reimbursement (the possibility to travel with NS business card)
- Participation in our collective pension scheme: premium fully paid by RSM, voluntary employee contribution is optional
