About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager to join our team at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit top talent from around the world to our MBA programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RSM MBA portfolio and the global market for MBA programs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current students, as well as alumni
- Act as a trusted counselor for prospective students, providing them with the information they need to choose RSM
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions strategies to attract and recruit top talent from around the world
- Work closely with the Director of MBA Recruitment & Admissions and other members of the admissions team to achieve strategic and programmatic enrollment targets and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum five (5) years of work experience, preferably in a sales, business development, or recruitment position
- Strong advisory skills, customer orientation, and ability to perform in a high-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to work outside normal business hours and travel extensively
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to connect and build relationships of trust with professionals of different cultures and backgrounds
