Position Summary
The Innovation Management division at RSM is seeking exceptional candidates for a faculty role as an assistant professor in the domain of innovation management. This opportunity allows you to become part of a dynamic academic community, commencing in 2025 or at your earliest convenience.
Qualifications
We value the journey of continuous learning and knowledge enhancement. We welcome applicants who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- A completed PhD or one expected to be defended in 2025 in fields such as management, organization, strategy, organizational behavior, marketing, or a related discipline, with a focus on creativity and/or innovation from a prestigious business school.
- Outstanding teaching abilities that inspire and engage students.
- Proven potential for research excellence, evidenced by publications in or submissions to highly regarded academic journals.
- Proficiency in English at a professional level; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.

About the Employer
This role is offered by the Innovation Management group within RSM's Department of Technology and Operations Management. It represents an opportunity to engage in a full-time position within an inclusive academic environment that values and invests in your professional and personal development.
The Innovation Management group consists of approximately 20 faculty members and PhD candidates. We are responsible for teaching in our master’s program, as well as in two bachelor programs and several full-time and part-time master and MBA programs. Our specialized MSc in Innovation Management is recognized as one of the leading programs globally.
