Assistant Professor of Innovation Management

Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University invites applications for a faculty position as Assistant Professor in Innovation Management. The successful candidate will join the Innovation Management group at the start of 2025 or at their earliest convenience.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and develop courses in innovation management, entrepreneurship, and related fields.
- Conduct research in innovation management, publishing in top-tier journals and presenting at conferences.
- Develop and maintain a strong research agenda, securing funding and collaborating with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of the Innovation Management group's research and teaching activities.
- PhD in management, organization, strategy, organizational behavior, marketing, or a related field with a focus on creativity and/or innovation.
- Exceptional teaching skills, with experience in developing and delivering courses in innovation management.
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in research, with a strong publication record in top-tier journals.
- Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- A strong research environment with a team of enthusiastic and prolific researchers.
- A research budget to support conference participations, data collection, and research assistance.
- A limited teaching load, allowing for a focus on research and development.
