Job Description

The Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) invites applications for a faculty position as Assistant Professor in Innovation Management. As a new faculty member, you will join the group at the start of 2025 or at your earliest convenience.

Job Requirements

We are interested in candidates who possess one or more of the following:

  • A completed PhD or one that will be defended in 2025 in management, organisation, strategy, organisational behaviour, marketing or a related field with a micro or macro perspective on creativity and/or innovation from a leading business school.
  • Exceptional teaching skills that ignite enthusiasm in the classroom.
  • A demonstrated potential for excellence in research by having papers published in or submitted to highly ranked journals.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.

Employment Conditions and Benefits

We offer a strong research environment in an enthusiastic, international and prolific team, a research budget that covers conference participations, data collection and research assistance, and a limited teaching load. The conditions of employment correspond with the collective labour agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU). Salary is subject to training and experience and may vary and up to a maximum of 5,929.00 gross per month (scale 11 CAO NU), based on a full-time contract of 38 hours.
