The Innovation Management group at RSM is seeking exceptional candidates for a faculty role as an assistant professor in the domain of innovation management.   • A completed PhD or one expected to be defended in the near future in fields such as management, organization, strategy, organizational behavior, marketing, or a related discipline, focusing on creativity and/or innovation.
  • Outstanding teaching capabilities that inspire and engage students.
  • A proven track record of research excellence, demonstrated by publications in prestigious academic journals.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an added advantage.
