Endowed Professor of Standardisation Management

The Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professor to join our Innovation Management group. As Endowed Professor of Standardisation Management, you will play a key role in advancing our understanding of standardisation and its impact on innovation and business improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-quality research in standardisation and innovation, with a focus on developing innovative methods and techniques.
- Teach and mentor students in our Master's programme in Management of Innovation, as well as other programmes within the school.
- Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to promote the application of standardisation in business and society.
- Contribute to the development of our research agenda and strategy, with a focus on standardisation and innovation.
- PhD in management and organisation or a closely related field.
- Strong commitment to high-quality research, demonstrated through publications in top management and business journals.
- Ability to engage in multi-disciplinary research and teaching.
- Exceptional teaching skills and experience in standardisation and innovation.
- Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.
- A strong research environment and a generous research budget.
- A limited teaching load and opportunities for professional development.
- A five-year temporary contract, supported by funding from the Stichting Koninklijk Nederlands Normalisatie Instituut (NEN).
