Job Summary:

As our Senior IT Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects, collaborating with our sales team to deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, ensuring adequate documentation and control.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records and guarantee that all deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Create comprehensive test plans aligned with customer requirements.
  • Oversee virtual project teams as required.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Designate a single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective customer communication, ensuring regular updates between virtual teams and preserving high customer satisfaction levels.

Sales/Financial Support:

  • Contribute to bid submissions and provide project management expertise for presales activities.
  • Monitor project expenses, ensuring sales margins are maintained and additional costs are tracked and recovered when feasible.
  • Generate accurate forecasts for in-house planning and budgeting purposes.
  • Comprehend and maintain financial control throughout project lifecycles, delivering against agreed project revenue plans.
  • Coordinate billing plans with account management and billing teams.

Process Enhancement and Improvement:

  • Evaluate project progress before advancing to subsequent delivery stages.
  • Implement suitable project controls at the initial project initiation stage, including risk, issue logs, and change control methods.
  • Maintain internal systems and reporting tools reflecting current project status.
  • Host project debriefs to identify, review, and propose improvements benefiting the project management team, wider business, and customers.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in project management or project delivery to external clients in the technology/finance sector.
  • Able to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work under deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Able to motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the Netherlands or valid work visa if applicable.
