Our Business
We design, build, maintain, and operate over 25,000 kilometres of high-voltage electricity grid in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany. We facilitate the European energy market through our 17 interconnectors to neighbouring countries.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for monitoring our current and future commercial costs and risks, and proposing improvement measures to asset handling and commercial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze commercial costs and risks, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Develop and implement business processes for the launch of new products or regulatory changes.
- Participate in and lead implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, providing expert advice and guidance to the business.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in a commercial or business development role, with a strong understanding of the energy sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
