About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our team at McDonald's Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and change initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and external partners to understand business needs and develop effective change management plans.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Measure and evaluate the impact of change management initiatives on business outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Plans: Create and implement comprehensive change management plans that align with business objectives, ensuring successful adoption and embedding of new processes and systems.
  • Provide Coaching and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to equip business leaders and teams with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage change and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field. PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent change management certification.
  • Skills and Experience: Solid experience in change management, including delivery of behavioral change, use of change management frameworks, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Additional language skills in Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese are desirable.
