Seu PapelKuehne + Nagel é a líder de mercado de carga aérea nos Países Baixos. Em quatro locais em Schiphol-Zuidoost, um time de cerca de 500 pessoas trabalha 24/7 para importar e exportar um fluxo de mercadorias internacionais. Air Logistics está subdividido em unidades de negócios de carga geral (artigos de hardware, como telefones e computadores) e perigos (frutas, legumes, peixes, flores). Você entra para a divisão de alfândega dentro de Air Logistics Perishables e entra em uma equipe de 7 colegas de trabalho. Você é responsável pelo sistema de rastreamento de bens sem papel (PGTS) onde você gerencia a administração de todas as entregas entrantes e saentes em "Espaço para armazenamento temporário" (RTO). Além disso, você fornece documentos relacionados a prestadores de serviços logísticos, recebedores e alfândega. Isso é uma função full time, 40 horas por semana, com sediada em Schiphol.Suas Responsabilidades- Gerencie a administração RTO de entregas entrantes e saentes;
- Corrija as entregas em PGTS;
- Trate as perguntas da alfândega, dos recebedores e dos prestadores de serviços logísticos sobre as entregas em RTO;
- Seja o contato interno para os clientes se houver problemas técnicos de alfândega em suas entregas. Você fornece conselhos e soluções sobre o PGTS;
- Esteja sempre otimizando os fluxos operacionais e administrativos.
- Ter pelo menos nível de trabalho e pensamento MBO;
- Ter um diploma de declarante é um plus;
- Ter pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em uma função semelhante e ter conhecimento da legislação alfandegária e procedimentos e documentos relacionados;
- ser preciso, resistente ao estresse e ter organização;
- ter habilidade de linguagem holandesa em palavra e escrito e, preferencialmente, conhecimento da língua inglesa;
- estar disponível 40 horas por semana.
