We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Freight Forwarder to join our team at DSV in Maastricht Airport. As a key member of our air freight import team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective handling of air shipments from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain customer contacts and provide quotations to meet their needs
- Ensure smooth handling of shipments, including customs documentation and cost registration
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers on their status
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience in air freight or transport and logistics (training provided)
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
