Senior Digital Retail Marketing Specialist, Benelux

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Retail Marketing Specialist to drive the development and implementation of our digital merchandising strategy in the Benelux region. As part of our dynamic eCommerce team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality online brand presence at retailer partners' online sites.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving weekly actions to improve digital shelf performance, coordinating and ensuring digital assets are optimized for all sites and campaigns, and leveraging the LEGO technology stack to deploy and scale impactful assets.
You will work closely with the regional eCommerce Centre of Excellence to develop forward-thinking, ecommerce-ready content and assets, and partner with retail partners to automate and simplify asset deployment and data exchange.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent online brand presence across retailer partners' online sites.
- Drive weekly actions to improve digital shelf performance and enhance the shopper experience.
- Coordinate and optimize digital assets for all sites and campaigns.
- Leverage the LEGO technology stack to deploy and scale impactful assets.
- Partner with the regional eCommerce Centre of Excellence to develop ecommerce-ready content and assets.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Content Management Systems and web analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from 50,000 - 70,000 EUR per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
