Envalior, a leading global engineering materials company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Business Control professional to join its Global Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive financial management reports to drive business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the Group management reporting roadmap, determining relevant KPIs and performance measures, and driving the forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the Group management reporting roadmap.
  • Determine relevant KPIs and performance measures.
  • Drive the forecasting process and make available reports that help the management to steer the business.
  • Creation of monthly management reports and board reporting package.
  • Monitoring performance and KPI measures – definition of goals and respective tracking.
  • Data gathering of required information from respective Controlling teams (Intermediates, Operations & Commercial Controlling).
  • Ensure that business processes are correctly translated into consolidation and management reporting structure. Safeguard and optimize the design and implementation of the process within the Group worldwide.
  • Analyze and process reporting information and translate this into information that can be used by management for business management purposes. Initiate, develop and distribute management steering information.

Requirements:

  • Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in accounting/finance background with minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Is highly driven and self-propelling.
  • Has a strong conceptual skills.
  • Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value.
