Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at Vector Synergy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. They will work closely with the Head of NDWC Project Management and Chief NDWC to plan and execute projects that meet the required standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage time, cost, and quality of all project facets
  • Coordinate requirements with customers
  • Motivate and guide project teams through clear guidance and task assignments
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-related experience or 8 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Recognised project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile certification
  • Extensive experience in project management of major communication and/or command and control/management information systems
  • Multi-discipline engineering and management techniques in acquisition of complex systems
Desirable Skills:
  • IT service management qualification like ITIL Foundation or specialist courses
  • Agile project management certification
  • Experience with project planning toolsets, preferably Service Now
