Job Title: Senior International Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior International Program Manager to join our team at HSO International. As a Senior International Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics solutions to our international clients, while also developing new business opportunities and growing our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects for international clients, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, handling complex conversations and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale Microsoft Dynamics projects, coordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with senior managers, directors, and executives to expand our Microsoft Dynamics footprint.
  • Support the growth of our Microsoft Dynamics practice, sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Deep functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management processes, and other critical business enterprise applications.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics projects, either to in-house or external customers, across an end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, handle complex conversations, and resolve issues with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients, with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to bridge between HSO Microsoft Dynamics solutions teams and client issues, with a deep understanding of how Enterprise and Customer services are delivered at the process level.
