Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for documenting, processing, and closing customer complaints in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle transferred and escalated complaints from advisors and NPS/KCA/Social media cases
  • Closing out complaints in a timely manner following established procedures
  • Handle customer complaints regarding company complaint procedures and government guidance
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of systems
  • Support Hotel IB/OB team when necessary
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 months prior customer service experience required
  • Complaint handling experience in a previous company is a plus
  • Individual should be a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Logical/positive thinking
  • Negotiation and persuasion/consultation skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Recording of reliability is essential
