Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Embedded & Systems division, you will be responsible for designing and architecting complex software solutions for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities- Software Design and Architecture: Develop and implement software architectures for complex projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor software development teams, defining technical strategies and guiding them towards successful project delivery.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies and tools to improve software development processes and enhance our competitive edge.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to architectural and design principles, best practices, and industry standards.
As part of our Embedded & Systems division, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary SCRUM teams to develop embedded software solutions. You will also have opportunities to participate in knowledge sharing, recruitment, and social activities.
